2006 on the Mahtab out at the Surin Islands National Park, Thailand.
IOA cooperated with Reef Check Thailand and
donated boat time to survey coral reefs in the area. Reef Check
is studying the effects and recovery of the tsunami on the reefs
of the area. They work with local communities to help them protect
and manage their own reefs.
